Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

  • If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be slightly delayed. We’ll notify you by email in such cases.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Standard Shipping (Canada-wide): 5–15 business days

  • Shipping Cost: Calculated at checkout based on location and order size.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control (e.g., weather delays, postal service issues).

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your shipment’s progress.

Shipping Locations

Currently, we ship to addresses within Canada  and Usa only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy and contact us within 15 days of delivery.

Incorrect Address Disclaimer

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
